hello Sir/Madam, why you have not declassify the cutoffs with this exam result. please provide the information related cutoff for different categories i.e.General,OBC,ST,SC related this exam.
i think there is a flaw in your process of calculating cutoffs.
How OBC cutoff can be more than GENERAL category, 1) if any obc candidate having marks more than general or in general category range accommodated in GENERAL category. 2) If merit list is prepared on whole rajasthan basis first and allocated district preferences later.

Bhai hua ye hai ki sc at wale bhi obc se Jada no. the to jitni general ki seat deni thi de di ....and fir bhi obc ke candidate bahut saare the post kam thi only 150 so cut off Jada Jo gayi .....
Aisa kabhi kabhi hi hota hai iss bar hua bad luck....
